The Martin D-18E is one of Martin’s early factory electric-acoustic designs, combining traditional D-18 construction with a pair of DeArmond pickups and onboard controls. This 1959 example features a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a soft V-shaped profile that becomes fuller up the neck.

Finished in Natural, this example is in overall fair condition and retains its original DeArmond pickups, wiring, and pots, though the switch and capacitor have been replaced. It has also had a bridge reglue, refret, and several repaired body cracks on the back and sides. It retains its original tuners and includes a non-original hardshell case.
